      Pros

      The people at my location were very easy to get along with and we had a good balance of working hard, yet having a good time doing it.

      Cons

      Didn't pay well and the benefits could have been a little better. Other than that, it wasn't a bad place to work.

      Pros

      Fun and creative work environment, benefits, job structure, friendly and courteous coworkers and managers, competitive wages, supervisors understand how I work and are setting me up for success with their style of management. I really feel like I was meant to find this job; and for the first time ever, I was excited during a job interview and after accepting the job offer that hasn't changed.

      Cons

      I don't feel like I have been here long enough to really come up with a list of anything I don't care for. I don't understand why the structure of purchases is the way it is, that's about it.
