I love working for Sinclair. Since I have started working there everyone, including upper management, has always fostered my career growth and has listened to my ideas. The people are amazing and are truly what makes the company successful. The new vision, mission, and values will really help to shape the future for Sinclair!

Cons

A work from home option would be nice to have.

Leadership doesn't micromanage but is responsive in supporting employee needs Managers trust my judgment and empower me to make decisions independently There's plenty going on so I don't get bored and I'm encouraged to take on a variety of projects Managers make a huge effort to create a fun and comfortable environment for all employees Company recently launched mission, vision values which will help with unity and purpose for all stations Great benefits

Cons

It's a big company and sometimes coordinating with colleagues in other parts of the country can be a challenge

Really nice benefits (2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months, 3 weeks after 3 years, and 4 weeks after 10 years, LOTS of health care options), a positive environment, an emphasis on innovation and creativity (especially in creative services), a good work/life balance, constant effort (at least since I've started) of trying to improve the work environment, an open door policy throughout the whole company

Cons

Probably for where I am right now, there aren't going to be many opportunities for promotions unless I'm willing to move (but they do annual raises so it may not be a big deal!).
