Values: Someone once asked me why would I associate with a corporation with such negative reputation. If you didn't know about the negative publicity, do a search. Before you join this organization, make sure you are okay with the values this organization has. High attrition rate: Every month I heard a colleague or two left the organization. Some of the reasons were low pay, no growth opportunity, disagreement with management, burned out. Bureaucracy: Different stakeholders had different demands, which increased difficulty to move an initiative forward. Many middle management were resistant to change. Combine this with bureaucratic processes and bad practices, projects were delayed for weeks to months. Frequent emergencies: Key individuals had to drop everything and worked on the emergencies frequently, sometimes during off business hours. Benefits: Low PTO. I've heard a colleague took a pay cut to join this organization.

Poor Management in the Production Department, weird but rude guy. The work is heavy but fair, wages are not worth anything to brag about in this industry. Not recommended. There are better News Stations to work for in Vegas I got lucky with prayer, patience, and job searching.
