      Great place for self starters. Get a chance to build your own business. Lots of resources to help you along the way.

      Cons

      The training program was not stellar. It was not structured or designed in a way to train people with little to no television advertising experience. Commission only position.

      Pros

      Being a fresh college graduate Sinclair was a great place to start. If you're looking to relocate, Sinclair basically owns every other station across the country so it's not difficult to find a place to go. Started part-time barely over minimum wage and not making that much more being full-time and a director. Thankful to have benefits, but standard dental plan is bizarrely low.

      Cons

      Low pay. Been understaffed since I have been hired and today we are still understaffed to the point where employees including myself frequently work 7 days a week. Management is focusing on lower priorities instead of their employees.
