      Pros

      Some great lower management. Train well, cooperative, and welcome you nicely. Some genuine folks.

      Cons

      Hardly any room for advancement, very low non-competitive wages. No room for negotiation. Upper management believes they are the hierarchy and you are the peon.

      Stable broadcasting company, but very little property autonomy.

      Pros

      SBG is probably the most stable broadcasting group out there. They have a long term business plan to avoid going under in this very unstable industry. The pay is pretty competitive given what others are paying in this business. With that being said, no one goes into TV for the money!

      Cons

      The company as a whole is a con. The benefits are lacking. The culture of the company is very "big brother". There are many, man "corporate mandates".

      great as an entry-level opportunity; if you perform well, you are treated well; if you are surrounded by the right team, goals are easy to achieve; hard work is appreciated; benefits are ok

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement; sub-par wages; settles for mediocrity easily and often; has a well-earned and understandable reputation in the industry; seems as though they don't care as long as financial and long-term goals are met
