Pros

There are no pros to the Birmingham office other than the employees not in management. I was only there for a short time, but most employees don't last long.

Cons

The management in the Birmingham Hub is terrible. There is no respect for employees and the lack of leadership skills is awful. I've worked for several large corporations and this was a nightmare.

Little to no opportunities for growth or advancement Below average wages Below average benefits "Bonuses" that you will never see Antiquated corporate culture, especially for a tech heavy company

Great people to work with, decent pay, a lot of young talent within company.

Cons

Aside from my direct supervisor, all other Management was great. That's really my only complaint and the reason why I left my position.
