Pros

Work for a TV station, sometimes meet cool people, and free food if a restaurant comes on the news

Cons

Heavy pressure for new business in a small market selling Ad space to local businesses with small budgets. Tough for repeat business because most campaigns don't drive enough leads/ROI.

Pros

Can make as much money as you need.

Cons

Given too many products to sell and not enough time to build new business. Management overwhelms the staff and is disconnected from what is a realistic goal. They also micromanage and email leads on days off instead of waiting for the work week.
