      No base pay. All commission. Very nice commission percentage.

      Pros

      Great managerial support network. They really do want you to succeed. The commercial production team is very easy to work with. You work almost entirely independently.

      Cons

      Micro-managed depending on your manager. You are told "your in business for yourself" but they still expect you to be there at 8am sharp and back in the office at 5pm sharp. Broadcast television is a dying industry and they do not seem to realize that or just simply ignore this fact.

      Pros

      At first, it paid a little more and was less nasty than working in fast food.As in retail, they don't pay well as their goal is to keep overhead as low as possible, so they don't attract good workers or good management, and if they do get someone good, the worker doesn't stay with the company.

      Pros

      Bagels, Snacks, and Coffee! Bonuses are nice, and benefits are good.

      Cons

      I have work at the company over 5 years, and the company has been going downhill from there. Management has big egos. Mangers dating fellow employees, and playing favoritism between employees. Mangers do not have anyones backs but there own that causes high turn around rates.
