This job is great for starting my journey into journalism. Working with reports to get content on the website is fulfilling, and writing for the website is rewarding.

Cons

This is my first Job out of College, and I appreciate that a chance was taken on me. However, it has not been the best experience. As I got further into my first year, it became apparent that I didn't really have a voice. I don't see any room to grow as a Digital Content Producer and I feel like I am not taken seriously in any aspect by management. The job would be a lot better if management was more helpful and corporate was willing to be less restrictive.

Cons

Poor pay and childish employees make the job not worth it. It's a stepping stone not a place to set up shop
