paid vacation days, nice coworkers, nice control room, new studio, room to grow if you're a producer or assignment desk person or in sales.

Cons

Bad management, red tape, passing the buck, allows toxic and hostile employees to stick around. Only get a raise if you switch depts. or move to a different station. Employees are usually hired right out of college and leave in a year or less. The station only has one producer right now because of the way they were talked down to. There is no operations manager.

Red flags galore. Overworked, criminally underpaid, with an extraordinarily toxic environment/company culture that’s it’s only getting worse. There’s been a mass exodus for a reason. Stay away.

Management is not the best. You may get overworked and not paid well.
