Pros

If you're a mid level developer, the company is decent.

Cons

If you are senior or above you can kiss your free time goodbye. Also don't expect to be promoted above senior, you'll most likely have to interview people for advanced roles. The company cannot keep people for more than a year. Hard project deadlines are set before any discovery is done. The projects are poorly architected, not very well thought out, and generally get hacked together at the end to make the deadline. Benefits and time off are terrible, no work life balance options. The company culture is toxic and very politically biased.

Pros

Competitive pay, Bonus sometimes and maybe a lunch is provided. A good learning experience to get the gist of broadcasting.

Cons

Very racist management, unprofessional HR, and rude coworkers. If you have an opinion to help, it will be ignored or view negative. You will have to fight for your voice everyday if you are a minority. Huge Trump supportives so beaware. They will always pick the white side even when they are wrong.

Pros

You will certainly work with some talented people, and there are always learning opportunities. You can easily become a superstar employee by simply doing your job competently.

Cons

It's a good-ol'-boys environment, and the higher you go up the management ladder, the less business they have being in charge. Talent doesn't seem to matter much, only who you buddy up to. Pay is laughable and raises are insulting. Nobody is held accountable for their mistakes. Glass ceiling is exceptionally low. Human Resources knows there are deep problems, with multiple complaints brought to them about particular individuals, yet they do nothing because those people are too close to the right people.
