Decent benefits. That's it. Seriously. That's it. There is absolutely no other reason in the world to work for this company.

Cons

The company is extremely conservative and doesn't hide it at all. They force you to run their own badly produced, skewed and prejudiced content over your own. Everything you've ever read or seen about Sinclair is just the tip of the iceberg. During election season, we were even emailed what Trump quotes must run in what hour of television - that's the extent of the micromanaging and bias. The managers are just puppets of the company, trying to keep corporate happy. They won't stand up or support their own employees in any way. They know nothing about the markets in which they work. And they don't allow any market to look or be diverse. Every Sinclair station is slowly made to be a carbon copy of the others.
