      mircromanagement, too many reports and not enough training, too many programs to learn, not enough time t sell. SINCLAIR KEEPS YOUR COMMISSION if the client is late, even if they pay. All payments from all Sinclair stations in all markets must go to one address each month. It is guaranteed that you will lose a huge chunk of commission. In my 25 years in media, this is the worst company I have ever worked for.

      Portfolio of products, uncapped income

      Cons

      Poor training and support from management. No job security, no salary, draw against commission, ( no paycheck is common) no compensation for mileage, high churn. Negative enviornment. Micromanagement is the norm with too much inconsistant required reporting and no CRM system. Good ol boys club ....this company does not value its employees. Managers are not skilled or trained in helping employees and there is no comprehensive selling system. If you think you will be a long term employee you need to rethink your expectations. RUN! 8+ years between senior reps and new hires.

      Are there pros? If there are, I don't know them. Pros: colleagues don't speak so you don't have to pull your hair out.

      Cons

      Under paid, overworked. Management doesn't give raises regardless of time. Benefits are minimal. Very limited holidays off (only Christmas Day, only New Years Day, and four other holidays)
