Pros

- Flexible on work hours. - Great team environment and co-workers. - Staff are dedicated and want the company to succeed. They will also go out of their way to help you, no egos. - One day off per month for mental health + summer Fridays (one Friday off every 2 weeks in summer). - Unlimited PTO. Generous paternity leave. - CEO has an open door policy and is one who listens, no ego and will admit when wrong. This is extremely rare to find, especially within a smaller agency environment.

Cons

- Expect growing pains, which are typical when working in smaller agencies. - Not really a con, but be expected to deliver and hold yourself accountable. If you feel as if you can cruise by and not take responsibility for your short comings, this probably isn't the place for you. - Remote working company, so it can sometimes be challenging to have a consistent work structure. Pros probably outweigh the cons on this overall.

Pros

Single Grain lives up to their tagline - Where Growth Matters. Personal and professional development is not only encouraged, it is a requirement and one of the core values. We are a family here, meaning we care for each other but at the same time are committed to holding every member of the team (and ourselves) accountable, always.

Cons

The nature of our business is very fast paced and always changing. Single Grain is no different - at the bleeding edge of innovation, we are constantly evolving, growing, and pushing. If you cant keep up, then no need to apply. You're either on the way to the top, or you're just in the way.
