Leadership truly walks the walk—transparent, invested, and relentlessly supportive Fast-paced environment where you’re given real ownership, not busy work You’re surrounded by top-tier talent, people who genuinely care about winning together Incredible visibility across teams, BDRs and AEs have direct access to execs and product The tech is cutting-edge, and the mission is exciting (AI, real-time analytics, etc.) Career growth is real here, if you deliver, you get recognized and promoted Sales culture is strong but not toxic, no micromanagement, just high expectations with high support The company is in a high-growth phase, so momentum and energy are sky-high

Pros

- extremely talented and hardworking people who are passionate about databases and want to see the company do well - everyone is friendly and always willing to help

Cons

- continuous attrition - no career path opportunities and terrible communication whenever you ask for career growth - you basically have to fight for your own career and if you're liked, then you'll continue to move. If your team doesn't have a clear direction of how you can grow, then good luck to you because you won't grow at all - no clear company path from leadership and you constantly hear the same things over and over again - a true "boys club" at the top - toxic culture

Pros

If I have to name one thing, I’d probably say that they pay decently. Sadly, that’s not a good reason to work or stay here.

Cons

The people at the top are the worst. They offer terrible job security as they have a horrible habit of firing people for no reason. Their awful attitude makes employees feel insecure and scared. It’s a brutal experience for most employees with families. I wouldn’t recommend this employer to anyone.
