      Back-breaking workload and misogynist culture made for a miserable experience.

      Some team members were supportive.

      Cons

      The workload was back-breaking and the atmosphere was rife with misogynist attitudes. I found the work environment to be perpetually confusing, with unclear expectations and constant stress. The CEO seemed disconnected from the everyday challenges faced by employees, which only exacerbated the issues. This created a hostile environment where genuine concerns were often ignored.

      The pay was good. It wasn't good because they paid people well. It was good because I negotiated it well during my interview

      Cons

      The upper management doesn't believe in sharing constructive criticism privately. These awful peole believe in public humiliation, rude and disrespectful behavior, and even verbal abuse. It can lead to terrible depression. Please stay awy if you can
