Pros
- Product is good and performs well, although it plays in the highly competitive database space with well established players - Addresses some of the unique use cases really well, but yet to establish itself as a generic data platform
Cons
- Biggest challenge is the culture - highly toxic environment with a close circle of CEO followers who controls everyones destiny. If the CEO happens to like your vibe, you are set, else you're bound to have a rough/short ride - Highly demanding work environment where the expectation is to show up over the weekends too.
