Work-life balance is very well respected.
Pay is decent for the Midwest
The product we make makes a difference
Cons
Employee morale is down and not a little. Since Glassdoor rating used to be 4.5. It's now down to 3.3.
Employees are asked to do more with less. Some departments are outright burned out and have been for years, and requesting more bodies does nothing.
-Can work from home and great work-life balance -Challenging but not overwhelming work with opportunities to grow (lots of options for learning test automation if you're in a QA role) -"Unlimited" sick time with generous vacation -Coworkers are great and lots of opportunities for meeting people in real life
Cons
-Health insurance plan is fine, but probably the most expensive/basic plan I've had compared to past employers
