Pros
If you have the chance to apply, do it. The work environment is great for three reasons:
1) The employees are a blast. We have so much fun and everyone is kind. I've never met this ratio of funny people before.
2) Management cares. From meeting the CEO on the first day to your direct supervisors, they really care about you and it shows. Pay is great. Vacation hours is great.
3) You aren't micromanaged. You have the freedom to come in and leave when you wish, as long as you get your hours in. You can work from home once in a while, or if you have to leave early you can make up the hours. They really trust you to get your work done and won't be looking over your shoulder. It's a great work environment fostered by trust above all else.
