Pros
I am an employee for over 3 yrs. Not that I faced hard time but marketing used to be good. I can't say the same now. I am pretty sure that who ever gave positive reviews are either holding a stake or a fake employee
Cons
HR- Hr department is a myth. The number of emails/phone calls will be answered by blind eyes and deaf ears.Employee benefits is a mirage. Marketing has become more like a fish market. Multiple calls for same requirement. Poor chaps, they will be operating from India, don't have basic training of communication skills. Imagine a situation where people who can't even speak the technology name are going to speak to your prospective managers. Can be compared to auto stand in bus-stops. Culture & Values - will be good if your billing rate is good. I will leave the rest for readers imagination. Immigration - The less we talk the better.
