Pros

Hard work and dedication are rewarded. The leaders are very concerned with employee advancement and satisfaction so if you are willing to work hard the rewards are plentiful. Very open minded approach to growing the business. Strong set of ethics and a unyielding desire to be successful. Great people who have been in the industry for a long period of time.

Cons

Explosive growth means that the systems/processes don't always keep up, but if you ask someone will always try to help.

Good friendships with co-workers and customers.

Cons

Area Manger, long hours, short staffed, lies about bonuses, NO LUNCHES. Constant harassment, no vacations, more phone lines ringing than employees. About as negative a work environment as can be found.
