      Pros

      Many of your individual contributors/middle management want to and do invest a ton of effort and energy into their work. A lot of autonomy.

      Cons

      Leadership is poor, for lack of better words. I've never been led by senior leadership who lacked so much integrity, leadership, or respect for their own team. This is a 'oh, look at me' environment where no real strategy or development exists, it solely rests on appearances. If you enjoy office politics and 'winning' by stepping on others, great place for you. Senior leaders in some groups particularly only care about how they appear to their superiors rather than driving development and forward momentum of a team. It's a huge disservice to the talent on the team who are the ones driving business day in and day out. It was really a shame to see an organization that was built to serve and support fall into a terrible mindset of "i'm here for me, not you".

      They threaten people. Sarah Tiglio is a real pleasure to be around.

      Struggle.

      Pros

      Benefits and Pay are about it. Compared to everything you have to put up with it is still lacking. Ugh

      Cons

      Let me count the ways. Constant stress all day. Not enough employees to help all the customers. 10 min lunch if you’re lucky. Constant phone ringing with no one to answer. Area manager that shows up once a week to tell everyone they’re doing a bad job. Everyone for themselves mentality. They’ve taken away sales incentives so the only thing we get from growing sales is more work. Have to juggle 5 different jobs because of limited staff.
