      Overall great place to work. Supervisors are very understanding and my co-workers are awesome to work with.

      Pros

      Fast work pace, numerous customer interactions. Broad variety of product lines to offer. Promotion opportunities are available if you play the game. Like all companies outside thinkers and those that question direction of leadership are not long for JDL.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to view OSR's and ASR's as leaders in the regions. Only if they were open to the truth and took off their blinders. Low end of the pay scale for what associates need to know to offer quality customer service.
