Lots of talk by CD&R about how committed they are to making this a "World Class company" (a slogan repeated endlessly), however this became a source of amusement (and irritation) for employees as the working environment (constantly short staffed, unrealistic sales goals, dirty and unsafe working conditions) continued to worsen. Management seemed increasingly nervous and unsure of themselves and this lack of confidence was unintentionally communicated to employees quite often. Very Orwellian atmosphere...

Lack of training from management. Little if any training guides on procedure's. Training guides that are available are outdated and need complete overhaul. Extremely low rate of pay. Lower than industry minimums. Employees are severely underpaid. I've talked to multiple HR people and Recruiters and was told on more than one occasion that we were underpaid and under valued.
