      Pros

      Job shadowing would have helped to see workplace culture.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership that is acknowledged but no desire to change. Managers carry themselves in a frantic manner and expect employees to do the same. Inhospitable at best.

      Pros

      Not that difficult of a job, basically selling the same products to contractors each season. Products are easy to understand and often sell themselves.

      Cons

      Management care about 1 thing only, profit. As long as a branch makes a profit anything else is irrelevant. AND advancement is a myth. A chosen few get promotions, being a good company man is more important than being a good worker.

      Pros

      Fast growing company. Lots of opportunity. Make the right friends within the organization, and you can go far.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs, not enough Indians, and additional layers of management are continuing to be added. Not unlike many large companies, the quality of leadership and the message they carry, varies widely across sales regions. The "good ol' boy" mentality still prevails in many areas. Benefits and pay are not commensurate with what the realities are of the day to day management responsibilities.
