Very unorganized company; no formal performance review process, too many office politics, terrible/unqualified upper management, and lack of innovation and resources to bring new products and ideas to the market.

-Work at home Fridays -Free healthy snacks -Free yoga and/or pilates

Cons

-Upper Management -HR -About 20 people with "Director" or "Senior Vice President" title in a company of only 50-60 total employees -Employees, especially in the technology department, dropping like flies -No goals given to employees, and very little room for career growth

Cons

-Company is built on a set-it-and-forget-it subscription model -Top leadership is deceitful and has little care for their long-term employees. Do not trust. Fueled by jealousy (which is wild for seasoned adults, but it was very apparent) and nepotism.
