Pros

experience and free tickets/discounts for employees. There is nothing else that is a pro that I can list here which is saddening

Cons

Weather, low pay, corrupt management, full time vs seasonal discrimination, very strict grooming standards and dress code policies, benefits, raises are 10 cents a year and caps out at 3 years for seasonal employees

Pros

Breaks are 45 minutes long You are paid weekly, which is great for teens Bonus, you can use your ID to get in for free and bring a friend for free

Cons

Beware of the mom's if you decide to work in an area with kids they will argue with you Height checks are a pain

Frequent hours/work. Your coworkers will have your back. Reasonably open environment.

Cons

Uninterested and aloof middle to upper management. Pay is atrocious. Employees are treated as expendable.
