Pros

Free entree into all cedar fair parks. Flexible hours. Fun work environment. Tons of moral activities. You meet a lot of cool people.

Cons

Pay isn't great. You sometimes work long hours. You stand for several hours. No cell phone. It is seasonal only. Break room is expensive.
