Pros

Easy job for me. I was assigned to only two rides, one of which had three remote watch locations so I basically got to sit and observe the ride for a couple rotations. Good benefits like free park entry for you and a buddy plus cheap tickets.

Cons

Overstaffed and not enough hours to go around. I seriously worked maybe 100 hours total all summer. The entire month of June they didn't bother putting me on the schedule because everyone else took the spots, and since I wasn't there I couldn't ask my supervisor for hours. I ended up having to call the main office to get myself back on. They were WAY overstaffed. And of course the pay absolutely sucked.

Pros

Employee ride nights, free entry into park on days you are not working, structured hierarchy of command, good customer service experience, and seasonal work (good for students or others who just want temporary employment).

Cons

Minimum wage (you can move up, but it takes a lot of extra work and not much extra pay), long hours, and summer heat (you'll likely be outdoors).

Pros

Happy environment Friendly coworkers Possibility to get more hours If it rains ,winds blows to hard you don't have to work Girls, girls, girls If your a girl or been there for a long time you get promotions

Cons

If your not a girl with certain attributes or not flirty enough with the male supervisors you won't get anywhere. 7.25 is always your pay no matter Who ever runs the payroll always try to give you less money than you worked for If your a male or ugly girl your more than likely going to be doing more work than the girls who flirt with management Big time favoritism
