Pros

Fun and somewhat exciting place to work. It has its ups and downs but isn't the worst place to have a job.

Cons

You seem to only get noticed for screwing up, terrible pay, and the hours are terrible in non-peak times of the year. They also do a terrible job of explaining their policies to new employees.

Great to earn a few bucks

Pros

- Get in for free! With a buddy pass! - Employee discounts - Safety-ride the rides before the park opens - Exit clearances - Meeting different people from different walks of life.

Cons

- 10 minute ONLY breaks - Some power-hungry leads - Favoritism! To get promoted to be a lead, you must be a kiss-ass to part-time supervisors. To get promoted to be a foreman and supervisor, you must be a kiss-ass to full-time supervisors. - Day-offs must be requested 3 months in advance...you also need to annoy your supervisors about it so they can finally get you off from your schedule. - Cleaning vomit (Disneyland will have to call custodian for this!) - Changing trash cans in the ride premises - Uniform is aweful - Drinking water is tainted and very dirty - .25 raise after a year - You won't get paid extra if you work on holidays...and even on grad nites. The only way you get extra money is if you go over your 10th hour, I believe. - Cheap facilities. Very embarrassing
