Pros

Amazing team that truly is dedicated to working together to make awesome stuff. I feel trusted to do my work on time and never feel micromanaged. Mix of interesting clients spanning historic accounts with deep knowledge and new accounts and opportunities to learn about new industries.

Cons

Clients are still going to client, sometimes leading to quick deadlines that come up with short notice. Owned by a parent company that sometimes feels like we as an agency have lost some autonomy and speed to decisions.

-The most talented teammates with a true "win as one" mentality -Thoughtful business to be apart of -No idea is too big or too small -Steady opportunities if you're willing to dig in and make a plan -Autonomy to do what you need to do and be trusted -Benefits continue to improve year after year -SixSpeed actually operates around its core values

Cons

There's a lot of autonomy which creates a lot of grey area. This is good generally but can cause confusion
