Easy work, until you move up

Cons

Long hours, oppressive boss, understaffed. 4 of us worked for entire country. Salary under welming. Under appreciated, and over worked.

Pros

Pay can be amazing while exceeding targets and great company vehicle benefits.

Cons

Upper leadership as they tend to be very political. No job security is a huge downside as I have seen them terminated for no valid reason.

Pros

A lot of opportunities to grow your career whether with the company or with building rapport with customers and making connections along the way.

Cons

Hourly pay is poor, could be a couple dollars better given the amount of work that has to be done, we are doing more roles in the downtown locations but get paid less than the airport associates even though they do much less in terms of labor.
