Paid training down at HQ in Fort Lauderdale, Florida / Decent base wage with nice commission structure for established locations / 1 week vacation time first year and 2 weeks after / full benefits

Cons

Heavy hours with no consideration / heavy favoritism / some management incompetent to perform their duties correctly / drama filled environment / little to no tolerance for taking days off / when a location opens it is often poorly planned out for the success of the location

Full time employees should only work at most 40 hours a week unless our management team asks the employee if they would be open to overtime which will be paid accordingly. Rip you off on your commission you only get about 25% percent of it. Lay you off without a notice. Very unorganized .

Our Las Vegas, NV location was previously a franchise location that has transitioned into a corporate branch. Due to this, many changes will be implemented to satisfy consistency with our other corporate locations. We are concerned about hearing this about a former branch and we assure you that corporate value sales efforts and we do not cut commission. Pros

Provided me with selling skills. You are allowed to work as much overtime as you would like.

Cons

Management is horrible. Managers try their best to not do their job. Instead pass on their tasks to a less qualified employees. If you get on a managers bad side or speak your mind then beware because your job will be in jeopardy. Sixt tends to only hire really young girls probably because the pay is so low. The commission does not really help either.
