Pros

There really arent any pros to this job

Cons

Where to start? -Low pay. -Work 60-70 hours per week -Assistant managers are all allowed to work bankers hours (M-F 9-5) while the GM has to pull up the slack by themselves on all nights and weekends. -Staff constantly calling off and leaving the store horribly understaffed. -Senior level management was inept

Pros

The schedule is somewhat flexible as long as it is on their terms.

Cons

What isn’t a con? Low pay, long hours, miss every family event, work every holiday, can’t use your vacation when you want, work every weekend all day, upper management tells you to deal with issues yourself. I could go on but I feel you get the picture. Don’t work for them period. I worked here for way to long.
