free food (unpredictably) easy work with low requirements

Cons

lowest possible pay nepotism and unchecked corruption for management (but crew can be checked anytime) constant surveillance No upward mobility dramatically worse conditions for retail workers incompetent head office who do not monitor operations properly and break tools often poor quality hires (because of minimum pay) No PTO or vacation time No availability systems There is a break policy (15 every 4 hours), but it isn't enforced and lean scheduling means you will rarely get breaks at all. exploitative hiring practices and scheduling you will be expected to pay missing money from your register, but registers are typically shared and left uneven by management
