Pros

Advancement based on experience

Cons

They have grown to be a large corporate company. The CEO is has a reputation to fire or demote people just because he doesn't like to hear the truth. They will cut off their nose dispite the face type of operation. They do not follow their own policies and tend to fire people often without reason rather than train and educate.

Pros

They made great promises of growth in management. Very busy store ( Red Robin ) The District in South Jordan

Cons

Never given a tour of the facility. No fire training or basic walk through of walk-in coolers or freezer. Never shown the frontline, Dry Storage, Back of the House or how to make any of the items on the menu. My only management training was told to work the dish machine for five shifts. One of those shifts was 9 hours and I was never given a break or a apron. A matter of fact I was never issued a uniform. The schedule for the next work week was never posted until Sunday with the next work week starting the next day. Promised a dollor raise from $ 11.00 ph after 30 days never recieved it. Told every payday ( Sunday ) of all days "don't tell the Mexicans how much we are paying you". Told there is no money in the budget for training and to learn on the fly.
