The SkinCure Oncology HR team reviewed its records, which show that all clinical team members received their annual reviews and annual increases were processed. The HR team also checked its records for unresolved merit increase complaints and found no open issues. 2020 was challenging due to COVID-19 but we’re proud to point out that throughout the pandemic, we maintained full employment and, with some governmental assistance, made sure everyone got paid. If a complaint was inadvertently overlooked as we dealt with the pandemic, we certainly would want to correct the situation. Given that Glassdoor posts are anonymous, we would ask the person posting this message to contact HR to discuss their situation.

* Great support from other therapists all the way to the CEO. * Therapist dream job! Double holidays from a cancer center, no call, most dermatology offices are open half day on Friday's. * Competitive benefits and great pay for my area.

Cons

* Only one therapist per site, generally. But any other therapist is a text, email, or call away.
