Pros

The employees, here, are dedicated and want to make a difference in the world. Skorpios makes sure we are fed by giving us weekly refreshments. We just had a 2 BBQs. They celebrate events in the community and in the workplace. The people are helpful and always teaching. The technology is innovative and fascinating. We have a unique process with unique individuals. I have truly enjoyed my time here.

Cons

The 401k could be better but I think that is in "the works"

Pros

This is the best place you can learn and practice your skills. Small company so they know every employees and how we work. Communication is great.

Cons

How they pay is confusing. Paycheck mess up sometimes. No work life balance if you're in a higher position since not many people in your position so you will have to come on your days off and it can make you burn out from tiredness and pressure from bigger bosses. Everything is manually including pick up a recipe to run when sometimes there are no recipe so have to figure it out on your own or spec isn't match with tools set up. Not much time to train. If you're unlucky then there will probably be few days of training.
