Extremely interesting work. Tons of learning opportunities. Great place for college grads to gain experience. Small company gives you a chance to make a name for yourself. The entire team is full of top notch people.

Cons

The fab has some older equipment but thanks to some of the best equipment technicians, they are able to keep them running.
