Most of the people are nice and want to help.

Cons

Chaos doesn't begin to describe it. Constant furloughs and layoffs. Management can't get out of its own way and the employees pay the price every time. Trainwreck after trainwreck. Can't keep an Operations leader.

Solid group of engineers and technicians inherited from previous site owner

Cons

Toxic culture and poor planning have resulted in high employee turnover. Many engineers, supervisors, and managers left in the 12 months after the company moved from Austin to Temecula. Several furloughs No raises or bonus this year. And this is historically the case going back to Austin. Process and maintenance techs have become glorified operators.
