Pros

-Semiconductor mfg in Temecula. If that's your passion then Skorpios is the only game in town. -Good teamwork. People are making the best of a bad situation.

Cons

-Poorly run. Poorly organized -Micromanagement from top down -It's a sweatshop

Pros

- You're in Temecula and you don't want to leave

Cons

-Three furloughs and a fire shut down operations. Not a fun place. -Work-life balance is poor for most employees -The big move to Temecula did not go well due to poor planning and unrealistic expectations. This is adding to the pressure and stress -Toxic culture

Pros

* World Class Facilities * Best HR Staff I have ever worked with * World Class CTO, stunning mentor, absolutely charming indivudual * Get to work alongside the top brass, everyone puts in their fair share of effort * Strong sense of Team , family, and a company culture that will make you smile each and everyday *Chris Gould is one of the best and working with him was an absolute Pleasure *Stephen Krasulik does right by his employees, and his company, driving innovation and advances in modern photonics with a strong pedigree for making cost effective decisions

Cons

*It is incredibly difficult to fathom why anyone would have disliked working here, or Stephen and Lisa, who do an absolutely incredible job and are IPO bound *Unless advancing your career is considered a negative in this day and age, it would be silly to miss this opportunity to shape the future of photonics
