Salvatore was a complete bully to me and was rude and invasive every second of working there. He was aggressive and was constantly changing his wants and would blame his staff for not knowing what he wanted. He was verbally abusive and there is now a reason they have such a hard time retaining staff members. He drives people away and is unwilling to utilize new technology to improve the company. He did have a lot to teach, but his overall method of having to know everything prevents his company from growing in an effective way. There is no room for growth within the company, even though they make promises and lead you to believe anything to hire people. Salvatore truly treats people poorly and has no sign of changing.
