As I am nearing my one year anniversary of working for SkySource Solutions, I am reflecting upon my experience with the working for such a progressive company. SkySource Solutions has taught me not only how to be a good talent acquisition recruiter but also how to confidently face challenges head on. SkySource Solutions has fostered an environment in which complacency does not exist. There are plenty of resources available to learn new skills in order to grow as a worker as well as a person. It has been a pleasure to grow with the company and to be part of an inclusive work environment with managers who genuinely care about your place/future within the company!

Working as a National Talent Acquisition Recruiter for SkySource Solutions for the past year has been an incredible learning and growth experience. Collaborating alongside my managers and colleagues has given me the opportunity to have ample and continuous training, as well as allowing me to feel the utmost support and confidence. I look forward to pursue all future growth endeavors with SkySource Solutions and I am incredibly grateful for the amazing opportunity that was given to me.
