Pros

- some very talented people trying to make something very cool and unique at Skydance Interactive - health benefits - wfh/remote options available, but ONLY if you live in CA/TX/WA

Cons

- limited places you can work from - 401K isn't available for the first year of employment (and they don't mention this upfront) - low pay - very unorganized, trying to outsource and co-dev majority of work - very shady, not transparent, any info on benefits or company very difficult to find - both onboarding and offboarding completely lacking, left to fend for yourself and figure things out, sometimes too late.

Pros

Hollywood quality projects and top-notch artists and supervisors. Hybrid work schedule. A lot of workshops with industry veterans.

Cons

Salaries seem to be lower than the industry standard. Slow pipeline - work pace is extremely slow.
