-Nice people. -You get your own cubicle. -Flexible WFH options.

Cons

-The ones in charge are old and out of touch. You'll never work on something that takes risks or breaks any new ground if you work here, it's just a watered down Disney/Pixar. -Extremely disorganized productions that waste time and money and then force the artists to either rush their work or put in overtime. -CEO who inserts himself into the creative process even though he has no taste or talent. -Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism.
