      Great benefits, no micromanagement, awesome location, beautiful office

      Cons

      Skydance Media (the film division) can feel more corporate-y and robotic than the video game division Skydance Interactive. I left before they made Skydance Interactive move under the roof as Skydance Media.

      Skydance has a great company environment. Everyone who is working there is proud to be doing so, and the company has several well-being initiatives in place to protect the health of its employees.

      Can be hard to get your foot in the door if you do not have impressive experience or a reliable connection on the inside
