Pros

Clout of films Very good holiday and PTO Get looped in with high profile vendors

Cons

Just a bunch of executives who reel people on as coordinators, promise to teach you, and guide you, then rabbit hole you into being an assistant until you either get sick of the negligence or get fired. If you're willing to stick it out for a couple of years and shine some shoes maybe they'll throw something cool your way HR is toxic, overly aggressive and won't back you up in any scenario. Lack general infrastructure for WFH environment, you're a fish out of water for the most part. Pay isn't good either

Pros

This place is great if you want to be sure you're gaining PC experience to get that at the next place but that also means you'll be doing two jobs and not credited for it or paid for it. They just gave the PAs a raise to make us competitive with other studios.

Cons

The producers at the studios have no idea what they're doing and act like PAs themselves. If it weren't for our PM - I don't know if I should name her or not here - our show wouldn't get made.
