Pros

They put some benefits like a big american studios. You have free snacks at the office, I know that the studio is now in the center of Madrid, so it sounds pretty cool.

Cons

A lot unfortunately. It could be an awesome studios to stay, if they really tried to take care of employees. I knew I didn't wanted to downgrade from my previous job to a "crowds ""Junior"" animator" but HR told me only good things during the hiring process to push me accepting this job offer (like I would be able to move to an other department after the contract if I receive a good apraisal from my supe etc. The salary is extremely low. For a Junior, don't hope to get more than 24 k euros a year (gross). As an imigrant, you're going to pay much more taxes. The relocation service is a joke. They will add it in your first payslip, in gross, so at the end, you won't get any reiumbussment because of the taxes. Even if they pay your temp accomodation, they will add it to the payslip in final your gross salary, and remove it after the taxes. So at the end, if you decide to leave, you'll have to pay again everything, but you didn't get the money back. What a joke. If you wanna move to an other department, it's gonna be a painful. They don't say it before your first week, so I am mad of this lack of transparency from HR, you can't move to an other department before 1 year of experience in the studio. Be careful before joining them, they are playing on the words and don't mind of how you live your job with them. You're just a tool for this kind of company.
