Pros

The movies in development are amazing and completely original. The studio is looking to grow and improve. It's relatively easy to move between departments inside the company. Great quality artists and techs in every department. Shuttle bus from many points in Madrid city. Diverse and open minded. Over time is paid with equivalent time for holidays.

Cons

The building is outside Madrid right now (between 20 to 30 minutes from city center by car). The salaries could be much better. The working hours are not great (start at 9:30 in the morning - end at 18:30 in the afternoon).
