Pros

A great work environment, a good hybrid remote work policy. The new office is centrally located in Madrid and is not bad at all. They do good projects and have a good R&D policy.

Cons

The work of a compositor can be very technical. Projects can be very long and some people may find this tiring

Pros

Skydance is a great company, it takes care of the artists and their needs. People in Madrid Studio are amazing and management is a bit chaotic sometimes, but always kind and warm.

Cons

You need to be prepared for high intensity working sessions and feedback.

Pros

Many things are being done really well at Skydance Animation Madrid. The projects are nice. Great inclusion for people all over the world. Really nice activities organized by the company. The location is amazing.

Cons

Some salaries should be higher. The working hours could be more flexible and not depend always on the US.
